RUTGERS UNIVERSITY ASSOCIATION OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

RUAIR is Rutgers University’s premier Model United Nations and international affairs organization. Through competitive conferences, crisis simulations, diplomacy workshops, and public speaking training, we provide students with opportunities to develop leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills in collaborative global settings.

Our members participate in collegiate Model United Nations conferences across North America, engaging with topics ranging from international security and humanitarian crises to economic development and political strategy. Alongside conference participation, RUAIR fosters a strong community centered around mentorship, teamwork, and intellectual curiosity.

Whether someone is an experienced delegate or completely new to Model UN, RUAIR offers an environment where students can grow as speakers, researchers, negotiators, and leaders while forming lasting friendships within one of Rutgers’ most active student organizations.

We do not require tryouts and welcome students of all experience levels to join throughout the academic year.
