Any password-protected portals, delegate resources, or conference systems are intended only for authorized users. RUAIR and the RISC III Secretariat cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the sharing or misuse of login credentials.

Participant Rights

Access: Information regarding the personal data held by RUAIR or RISC III.
Rectification: Corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
Erasure: Deletion of personal information where appropriate and permissible.

If an investigation regarding participant conduct is initiated by the RISC III Secretariat, all related information will be handled with discretion and confidentiality. Information pertaining to conduct matters will only be shared with individuals directly involved in adjudicating or managing the matter on a need-to-know basis. Protecting the privacy and dignity of all delegates, staff members, and advisors remains a priority throughout any conduct-related process.

Certain services linked through the RISC III website may be operated through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Forms, embedded media providers, social media platforms, and registration software. Use of such services may also be subject to the privacy policies of those respective platforms.
