Secretary-General
Liam Carroll (he/him) is a junior at Rutgers-New Brunswick majoring in History and Philosophy and planning to attend law school. He has competed in Model United Nations for the past five years and loves to compete at conferences across the circuit. Liam also competes on the A team for Rutgers’ Mock Trial team, serves as the Tournament Director for the Rutgers Mock Trial Invitational, and conducts research as a member of the Lloyd C. Gardner Fellowship. Outside of these organizations, Liam also enjoys spending time with friends and reading A Song of Ice and Fire. He is hoping that RISC III will provide delegates with the opportunity to develop their public speaking and leadership skills while collaborating with others to create comprehensive solutions to global challenges.

Director-General
Sanchali Dighe (she/her) is a senior at Rutgers-New Brunswick, majoring in Political Science and Psychology with a minor in Biology. She hopes to attend law school and pursue a career in medical ethics. She has been involved in Model UN in high school and joined RUAIR in college, and is grateful for how many life skills MUN has taught her. Outside of Model UN, Sanchali is the President of the Rutgers Bioethics Society & Journal, the Secretary of the pre-law fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta, an editor for the Rutgers Undergraduate Law Review, and a Research Assistant for a Social Psychology lab. Outside of academics, she enjoys rewatching Avatar: The Last Airbender while eating Scarlet Bowls. She hopes that RISC III will allow delegates to participate in engaging debate, learn more about themselves, and have a weekend of fun!

Director of Communications
Aishwarya Gorantala (she/her) is a sophomore at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, majoring in Computer Science, with plans to double major in Data Science. She hopes to pursue a career in tech, with a particular interest in the intersection of computer science and cognitive science. Aishwarya has been involved in Model United Nations since high school and continued her interest by joining RUAIR in college. Outside of Model UN, she is active in the Rutgers Women in Computer Science Club and is involved in the Rutgers Radio Club, contributing to both the sports and news departments. She hopes that Rutgers will give all delegates the chance to grow, try new things, and have a fun and memorable weekend.

Undersecretary-General of Training
Harsha Ahmed (he/him) is a sophomore at Rutgers-New Brunswick. He is a part of the Honors College and Rutgers Business School, where he is majoring in Finance and Business Analytics & Information Technology (it’s a mouthful, call it BAIT). He has been involved in Model UN since middle school, and loves travelling to conferences, where he gets to meet new people and check out the place. Harsha is also part of the National High School MUN Staff, an analyst for the Rutgers Consulting Group, and a Project Manager for Net Impact. He hopes to see delegates have fun and enjoy themselves in his committee, Dune, and looks forward to RISC III this November!
